Hello, I’m Jan

Border Terrier lover, traveller and constant student, moving through life with a waggy tail and a broad smile.

My story

My yoga journey started many moons ago (over 40 years, in fact) and it has helped me navigate every up and down life has thrown my way. Yoga, breathwork and meditation are the foundations of my own wellbeing, along with getting out in nature, live music, salsa dancing, walks with my Border Terrier, Ted, and time with friends and family.

I've been teaching since 2017, and I've been lucky to partner with wonderful local yoga studios, sharing practice with students of all levels. I've also created and led workshops, wellness events and retreats across Europe.

How I teach

I believe yoga isn't just about the postures. It's about our mental wellbeing and our overall health, and about finding what genuinely works for you and your life.

My classes are about building a practice that's mindful, sustainable and enjoyable. Whether you're brand new or have been practising for years, I'll help you connect, grow and learn to love your practice.

My teaching is shaped by a long love of Iyengar and Dynamic Vinyasa, and more recently Yin, Gentle and Restorative yoga.
